How a delivery works

Three things happen, in this order. You always know where your parcel is.

1. Book in the app

   Choose the pickup point and each delivery stop on the map, enter the parcel weights, and see the fare for every stop before you confirm.

2. The driver collects it

   A nearby driver accepts your booking. When the driver reaches you, share the pickup OTP so the pickup is confirmed. You can see the driver's live location while the booking is in progress.

3. The receiver confirms

   The receiver gives the delivery OTP to the driver after taking the parcel. Where there is no receiver number, the driver uploads a photo as proof of delivery.

Hardoo starts in Jaipur with short deliveries. These are the things the app does today.

Up to 10 stops in one booking

Send to several receivers with a single pickup. You can add more stops until the driver has collected the parcels.

Fare shown before you confirm

The fare depends on the distance to each stop and the weight of each parcel. You see the breakdown first.

Pay the driver in cash

You choose whether to pay on pickup or on delivery. Pay only the fare shown in the app.

Live tracking

Follow the driver on the map while your booking is in progress, and get a notification at each step.

OTP-confirmed delivery

Delivery is confirmed only when the receiver's OTP is entered, so a parcel is not marked delivered by mistake.

Delivery proof you can view

Photos uploaded by the driver and the status of every stop stay in your order, so there is a record if something goes wrong.

Where does Hardoo deliver?

Jaipur only, for now. At launch, each delivery stop must be within 5 km of the pickup point by road. The app shows the current rules when you book, and they may change as we grow.

How is the fare worked out?

From the distance to each stop, the number of parcels and the weight of each parcel. Each parcel can weigh up to 50 kg. The app shows the fare for every stop and the total before you confirm.

How do I pay?

In cash to the driver, either on pickup or on delivery. You choose when you book. If a driver asks for more than the fare shown in the app, do not pay it and tell us.

What is the delivery OTP?

If you add the receiver's mobile number, the app shows you a delivery OTP for that stop. Give it to the receiver. The receiver tells it to the driver after taking the parcel, and the driver enters it to confirm delivery. If you do not add a receiver number, the driver uploads a photo as proof of delivery.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, in the app, until a driver has accepted it. After that, please call 9672807776 and we will help.

What can I not send?

• Drugs and other intoxicating or illegal substances
• Weapons
• Flammable, explosive or other dangerous goods
• Cash or money
• Anything else that is illegal or unsafe to carry

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours, on 9672807776 or at support@hardoo.in, with your booking details and any photos. We will look at the records and help you and the driver reach a fair outcome. The Terms and Conditions explain who is responsible and the limits that apply.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile and choose Delete account. You can also read the steps on the Delete account page.
